Dr. Roosevelt G. Daniel is a Board Certified Physician, who completed his Doctor of Medicine at The University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham, Alabama in 2001. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University together with Pitt County Memorial Hospital, University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina. He is licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina.

She obtained an Associates Degree in Nursing from Queens University in Charlotte, NC in 2009, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, NC in 2011 and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY in 2015.

Vernette Porter is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and is also licensed in North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Upstate in 2009 and then obtained her Master Of Education in Counseling and Development with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University in 2014. In addition, Vernette is certified as a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors, a Licensed Addiction Counselor/Supervisor with the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Licensure of Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Addiction Counselors, and Psycho-Education Specialists, Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Center for Credentialing and Education, and a Clinical Supervisor with the Addictions Professionals of South Carolina.
